Find on your property where you have more space, plant shrubs in clumps, putting at least three of each different plant together to make a border around your property. Make sure that the border contains several different spices to provide a variety of food and shelter, and nesting.

When you buy a plant, ease it out of the pot, and check the roots for overcrowding. Also look to see that there are plenty of leaves, and it has a balanced growth to it.
